Ingredients
Instructions
- Place the cream in a pot and bring it up to a simmer.
- Pour the hot cream into a blender, and add in the white chocolate and salt.
- Blend on low speed until all the chocolate has melted.
- Add in the yuzu jam and blend on high.
- Strain into a fine-mesh sieve.
- Place 2 Tablespoons of Yuzu Chocolate into the cup
- Pull a double-espresso shot and stir until the chocolate dissolves.
- Top off with steamed milk
- Use a Microplane to grate a sprinkle of black cardamom onto the steamed milk
