Welcome to my world, where food is a bridge between the past and the present, a story that unfolds with every bite. As a Vietnamese-American chef, my cooking is deeply rooted in the traditions and heritage of my family, while reflecting the ever-evolving journey of identity and belonging.

From competing on Top Chef to earning an Emmy nomination for my film Bloodline, I’ve always sought to share the stories that connect us to our roots. I had the tremendous honor of being the culinary host of a James Beard-nominated project, Taste Buds, which celebrates the power of food to honor culture, foster connection, and inspire dialogue.

Through my work, I hope to evoke the same sense of home and memory that Vietnamese food has always given me—a connection to my ancestors, my community, and the flavors that tell our story. Thank you for sharing in this journey with me. Together, let’s celebrate the beauty of heritage, one plate at a time.
