Nhau is a cuisine in Vietnam that is centered around drinking. Otherwise known as beer food. Essentially, Vietnamese tapas. Nhau is part of everyday life in Vietnam, with co-workers and friends, afternoons or late at night, eaten in circles outdoors at sidewalk cafes.
